    Can you make packaging samples?

    Yes, we create finished samples or structural-only samples per your designs and artwork. We charge a fee that’s later refunded in the production stage.

    When do I receive a quote?

    What are your payment terms?

    100% upfront for <$5k orders. 30% deposit, balance before shipment for >$5k orders. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and cards.

     

    Have you worked with luxury brands?

    Yes, we have long-standing partnerships with high-end EU and US brands. Due to NDAs we cannot disclose names publicly.

     

    Do you have ready-made stock?

    No, we exclusively do custom packaging tailored to clients. Fast sample turnaround is 3-7 days, production 45 days.

    How is shipping handled?

    We partner with shipping agents to arrange seamless delivery by sea, air. This simplifies logistics for our clients.

     

    How are orders packed?

    Shipments include boxes packed in sturdy outer cartons. We provide packing pictures upon request.
